How to place an order


Add the product to your cart. Choose from all our catalogue.

Select "Pickpoint".

You will receive an email. Your order is ready for pick up.

Pick up within 5 working days.


How can I place an order?

Orders can be submitted via our website.
Ordering on line is very easy: add your products to cart, select "PickPoint" as delivery option, wait for confirmation e-mail or SMS and finally come to our showroom to pick up it. If you have any question after placing your order, contact Customer Service.

I just placed an order, can I come immediatly for pick up?

As soon as your products will be ready for pick up, you will receive an email and sms. After that you can come and pick up your items.

Do I need to register to place an order?

You can place an order as "guest" without registering to the site. But if you choose to register, you can access to exclusive offers for registered customer. In any case, your details will be used only for your purchase management and will never be shared with any other.

What should I do when I pick up my order?

When you pick up your order, check that all products correspond to the ones you have purchased and that are indicated in your order recipt. If, when back home, you notice any issue with your items, please contact us within 7 days.

How can I pay my order?

Payment methods accepted when you pick up your order are: cash for amounts up to 2000€, Bancomat, Credit card, Satispay card or Alma monthly deferred payments.

I am undecided about what to buy, can I come to your showroom for advice?

Of course, during showroom opening hours we are available for advice and to help you find the product for your needs. Please contact us first for an appointment.

How long does it take before my items are ready for pickup?

Time can change based on products availability, as specified in products page when you place your order. Our website always shows the actual stock availability, even the number of pieces.

Can I start to pick up available items in my order?

If your order includes more items and some are available, you can have a partial pick up. Contact our Customer Service to inform us you want to collect available items. We will split your order and send you an email for available items delivery. You will then receive a second email when remaining items will be ready for pick up.

What recipt do I get when I pick up and pay my products?

When you pick up your products, we give you your purchase recipt or, if you asked for it when placing your order, a formal invoice for your products.
