It is an ultra-portable instrument, a 127mm diameter Maksutov, 1500mm focal length, equipped with an altazimuth table mount with automatic pointing managed by Android or iOS devices. It is a perfect instrument both for those who want to get closer to the sky and for those who want a second telescope for hit-and-run observations.
The proven Synscan PRO APP is complete, easy to use and the initial alignment of the instrument is carried out quickly and without entering data (obtained directly from the mobile phone's GPS).
The mount can also be adapted to a photographic tripod, thanks to the standard 3/8" thread under the base of the instrument, allowing it to be used on the ground.
