Transport and protect a mount is a prerogative of the Geoptik padded bags, practically two bags sewn into each other in the middle with a padding.
Geoptik now offers an alternative, a simple and robust housing which includes the use of the original polyuretane protection with function of protecting your mount.

5/ 5 Nicely made product, looks like it will wear well and a novel design approach using original foam packing for a telescope mount transferred into the Geoptik bag. The original foam packing fitted the bag perfectly. Wrap around handles make carrying the (quite heavy) mount easy and the soft nature of the bag does not damage trim when transporting in car. Overall an great product.

5/ 5 Bought this for my SW EQ6R Mount. What a great idea...fabricate the skin of the case that will utilize the outstanding shipping foam. Fits perfectly! Thank you!
